The Service at KENTS Fitness

Kents Fitness is renowned for service. This is because of one reason... All our members are welcome to the expert assistance and guidance of our highly skilled fitness professionals. Unlike most other gyms this guidance is all inclusive within your membership.

We DON'T believe in making members pay over and above their membership to be taught how to use the gym. We DO believe that professional guidance is the key to helping you reach your goals. Thats why our fitness professionals will be with you every step of the way.

The Get Ready Consultation

Your first visit to KentsFitness as a new member is an hour long session in which you'll be introduced to your fitness consultant. Here you will recieve a Health Check, Lifestyle Analysis and Goal Setting which will enable us to get a better understanding of what exactly it is you want to achieve from your new exercise programme. We also take you through a full fitness test which allows us to gather information as to your current level of fitness. Why? If you don't monitor it... you can't manage it! Its important to monitor if what your doing is working.

Your Personalised Fitness Programme

From this consultation your fitness consultant will devise you your own fitness workout program. Specially tailored to help you achieve what you want to achieve and taking into account any personal fitness interests or injuries you may have.

Get Going Workouts

Your first introduction to the gym will be supervised by a fitness consultant. Usually lasting an hour they will take you through your new programme and show you how to perform the excercises not only correctly but safely. Correct technique is a major factor to success in any exercise programme. We want to make sure your getting the most out of your workout. After two to three supervised workouts you are more than welcome to get stuck into your workout programme. We're happy when your happy but don't worry there is always an instructor to hand should you need help with any excercises.

On Track Reviews

After approximately 30 days you'll be well rehearsed on your workout programme. Its at this point we'll take you through another fitness test to evaluate your progress. We also take this opportunity to review your workout with yourself making changes where neccessary. It's vital to keep shaking up a workout programme as your body will adapt to routine. We need to add the progression for you to see progress!

On Track Workouts

After On Track Reviews it is usually neccessary for a supervised workout to ensure that you are still exercising correctly and you know how to perform any new excercises we may have prescribed.
