The Studio at KENTS Fitness

KentsFitness offers a packed timetable of motivational group excercise classes. With 30+ classes every week, all led by our experienced and charasmatic fitness professionals, you can be guaranteed we have a class to fit every age, interest and ability. We have two large exercise studios. One with a high quality wooden floor ideal for higher impact classes such as bums legs and tums and fully equipped to stage classes such as BodyPump and even Poledancing. Our second smaller studio with PaviGym matted floor is perfect for mind and body classes like Yoga and Pilates. We also have a seperate Group Cycling Studio with bikes to hold 25 capacity high energy spin classes.

Group exercise classes are a perfect way to break up what can sometimes become a monotonous exercise programme. With characterful class teachers and interaction with the group its great for keeping motivated while learning new exercise programmes.

As a member of KentsFitness all classes are included within your membership tariff and we encourage you to take good use of the timetable. However, don't worry if you arn't a member of KentFitness. Non-Members are welcome to use the timetable as much as they want also at a competitve price of £4.00 per class. Did you know if you use two classes a week as a non-member it makes sense to join and have the added advantage of full use of the gym and fitness professional guidance.

We recommend you book classes in advance. Non-members can book three days in advance where members have priority booking of up to a whole week in advance.
